Here's a good tip, get rid of the text menu's at the top, and get some icons for them. It doesn't have to be a set, as long as they at least look good together. If you want, I can get right on that.

I can also get some small folder icons for the main page, yknow, the ones next to each board. On my site it's a blue swirl that moves.
